'RHOA' stars Phaedra Parks and Apollo Nida's divorce judgement reversed

According to TMZ, he is hoping to net a big windfall from the division of property which he claims includes a million-dollar marital home, millions in personal property and several businesses.

The 44-year-old reality television personality's attorney's rep Steve Honig previously issued a statement regarding the incarcerated fitness trainer and his fiancée, calling the situation 'very confusing'.

Last week it was revealed that a judge threw out the divorce judgement between The Real Housewives of Atlanta stars Phaedra Parks and Apollo Nida after determining it was unfair to Apollo.

Nevertheless, the judge also blasted Park's for her pettiness because she intentionally misspelled Apollo's name in the divorce docs. It also appears Nida was led to believe he would attend future divorce proceeding from prison. He filed his own divorce petition on December 1.

Considering Nida, who is serving an eight-year prison sentence for bank fraud, is already engaged to another woman, it's a wonder why he is preventing the dissolution of their marriage.

Furthermore, he was never served with documents notifying him that the divorce was final, nor was he informed of the final hearing.

Parks, who initially filed for divorce from Nida in 2014 after almost five years of marriage, can either appeal the judge's decision or refile for divorce. With Apollo in lockdown, Sherien is on the scene to represent for her man and starting serious sh*t in the process.
