As a precaution, law enforcement officers increased their patrols at local churches and other places of worship on Sunday but no disturbances were reported, the Rock County Sheriff's Office said in a statement. He explained he was preparing to go target shooting and consented to a search of his home.
"It's just an overview that he feels that government and law enforcement, in particular, are acting as terrorists and enslaving the people and creating this environment that he finds unacceptable", the Sheriff added.
Jakubowski also allegedly sent a 161-page manifesto to the White House, a copy of which was given to police by a friend of the suspect.
In a news release this morning, the Rock Sheriff's Office says it's received more than 200 tips about where Jakubowski could be.
Jakubowski is believed to have stolen 16 high-end guns from a Janesville store earlier this week. Spoden said the auto belonged to Jakubowski.
The FBI is on the hunt for a burglary suspect who sent a manifesto to President Trump, threatening to use stolen firearms against schools and public officials.

Jakubowski, 32, is considered "armed and dangerous" and the public is asked to report any sightings of the suspect to "911" while general tips can be directed to 1-800-CALLFBI (225-5324), according to authorities.
Police say you can see Joseph Jakubowski in surveillance pictures stealing more than a dozen fire arms from a Wisconsin gun shop before setting his auto on fire and disappearing.
"Basically (Jakubowski) is angry at all government officials, whether it's the president, local officials or law enforcement, he has a dislike for anyone that has authority or governmental power".
In communications prior to his disappearance, Jakubowski also allegedly made reference to his dying by the hand of Trump and expressed a desire to save everyone by taking out one politician at a time.
Spoden said police were looking into 65 leads and had searched a dozen locations.
