Celebrity pest Vitalii Sediuk wears Australian flag to moon Eurovision

Sediuk snapped a photo of himself with the Australian flag at the event on his Instagram story, though he was swiftly removed by security after taking to the Eurovision stage.

Ukraine earned the right to host the 2017 Eurovision contest after Jamala, a Crimean Tatar performer, won last year's contest in Sweden with a song about the 1944 deportation of Crimean Tatars by Soviet dictator Josef Stalin. Whatever Jamala spotted on the other side, it wasn't enough to put her off her performance, and she continued to sing, undistracted.

The man climbed onto the stage during a performance by last year's victor, Ukrainian singer Jamala.

Fans and journalists inside Eurovision are confirming that the flasher was not an Aussie, but was actually known Ukrainian prankster Vitalii Sediuk, who has a history of invading red carpets and accosting celebrities.

His most recent exploits were grabbing Gigi Hadid in Milan and attempting to kiss Kim Kardashian's bum.

The surprise flasher came during a performance by Ukrainian singer Jamala, who entertained the crowds as votes were being tallied.

British comedian Dawn French gave the mooner a thumbs up on Twitter.
