The Xiaomi Redmi 4 was originally announced back in November, the phone was announced in China, and Xiaomi has now launched it in India as well.

The three variants are available for Rs.6,999 (2GB RAM, 16GB Storage), Rs.8,999 (3GB, 32GB) and Rs.10,999 (4GB, 64GB).

The Xiaomi Redmi 4 is expected to sport a 5-inch IPS LCD HD display (1280×720) on the front along with a front-facing 5 MP selfie camera that sits at the top, alongside the receiver. The phone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and comes with MIUI 8 skin. Xiaomi Redmi 4 with be the third phone in the market for 2017, and the company is hosting a live stream for this event, which is taking place in New Delhi.

For photography, this phone is mounted with 13 MP rear camera with Dual LED flash, f/2.2 aperture, 5-lens system, PDAF. It is running Android 6.0.1 out of the box with the company's custom MIUI on top of it.

The Mi Router 3C is priced at just ₹1,199 in India, and it will be available through Xiaomi's Mi Home offline stores starting May 20.

Commenting on the launch, Xiaomi Vice President and India Managing Director Manu Jain said, "We are committed to launching several of our ecosystem products in India, and bringing technological innovations to everyone. With fantastic smart features, and a game-changing price, Mi Router 3C is set to disrupt the router market in India", Jain said. Besides, the smartphone offers Hybrid Dual SIM, 4G LTE, WiFi (802.11 b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, and a microUSB port.

Talking about its pricing, we can expect the Redmi 4 to be launched in India with the price range of Rs 7,500 to Rs 8,500.

The router is priced at ₹1,199 and will be available on Mi.com from 23rd May, and can also be pre-book it at http://www.mi.com/in/service/mihome/ from today. There's also a rear fingerprint scanner. At a time, 64 devices can be seamlessly connected to the router. The two will first hit the brand's new Mi Home outlet in Bengaluru and then go up for sale via its website on May 23.
