Lea Michele Remembers Cory Monteith On Twitter 4 Years After Death

Glee star Lea Michele has posted a touching tribute to her late partner Cory Monteith to mark the fourth anniversary of his death.

"4 years and it still feels like yesterday. love you more".

The former Glee star turned Scream Queens actress shared a snap of herself and Cory - whom she dated from November 2011 until his untimely passing in 2013 - on Instagram as she admitted she still loves and misses him. A few months before he died, Monteith entered rehab.

The pair met on the set of the Fox hit series Glee, and Lea Michele maintains that Monteith was the love of her life, despite his issues with drugs and alcohol.

Michele posted a similar message on Twitter, but she chose a different photo.

The actress has since gone on to date other actors, Matthew Paetz and Robert Buckley and is now starring in upcoming series The Mayor. "There's this is grief goes with you everyday [with] whatever you're doing-when there are great moments, when there are hard moments-so I'd rather be at work with the people who I love that are going through it", she said.

Lea has paid tribute to Cory on social media every year since his death, and last year shared an image of the actor walking towards the sea on Facebook, adding the caption: "We may not have gotten to share a lifetime together".

Michele and Monteith were still dating at the time of Corey's sudden death on July 13, 2013.
