Ben Affleck Says Batman Is "The Greatest F**king Part In The World"

Ben Affleck Says Batman Is

The actor and director, who will reprise his role as the Caped Crusader in November's Justice League and is slated to appear in the standalone film The Batman, told a packed crowd at Hall H inside the San Diego Convention Center on Saturday that he's committed to the part. The actor shot down rumors that he would be hanging up his cape for the stand-alone Batman film, even though he recently ceded directing responsibilities. When Affleck's name was left out of the release announcing Reeves as director, many took it as a sign that he had left the project; however, Affleck later confirmed that he was still set to star.

Reeves also has acknowledged that he has a Batman trilogy rolling around in his head, and given his success making two-thirds of a trilogy out of Dawn of the Planet of the Apes and War for the Planet of the Apes, it seems fair to anticipate that Warners will want him to realize his vision.

"Batman is the coolest f-ing part in any universe, DC, Marvel", Affleck said when he came onstage.

Batman Affleck is here to stay.
