Only one ticket in the country matched all six numbers in the Friday night drawing for the largest jackpot in IL history.

Mega Millions says the winning ticket was purchased at Nick's Barbeque in Palos Heights, Illinois. The Mega Millions drawing for Friday night was for a whopping $393 million with an estimated cash value of $256 million. It was the fifth biggest big stake in the diversion's 15-year history.

One was sold in Washington.

The winning numbers for the Mega Millions are: 56 - 23 - 58 - 33 - 53 with a Mega Ball 6. Tonight's Powerball prize is worth $356 million.

The jackpot in Saturday's (Aug. 12) Powerball drawing is expected to top $350 million. The victor will also get to take home cash amounting to $224 million. The jackpot amount has been increasing since a California man named David Tapp last won it on April 28.

That is the 14th largest jackpot in Powerball's history.

"I and my wife go there a few times a month". Two other jackpots have also been awarded this year - $191 million to Jack Freney, also in California, and $177 million to Texan Eliberto Cantu with a ticket he purchased in Arkansas.

The odds of buying a jackpot-winning ticket are 258,890,850 to 1. In fact, you would have a better chance of becoming President of the United States (10 million to 1), winning an Oscar (11,500 to 1), or even becoming an astronaut (12 million to one), than winning the Mega Millions.
