The handsome and talented actress Deepika Padukone opened up about her educational qualification at the launch of veteran actress Hema Malini's biography "Hema Malini: Beyond the Dream Girl". Deepika Padukone, wore a ravishing red Banarasi sari by Sabyasachi and drew attention to her look with gold necklace and earrings. Amitabh Bachchan and Hema Malini gave an wonderful performance in this sensitive film and Hema looked like an ageless beauty.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has lauded Hema Malini's cinematic brilliance in the foreword of the book. It's short, crisp and sweet, not rubble and bubble.

Having started her film career in 1968 with Raj Kapoor-starrer "Sapno Ka Saudagar", she regaled movie buffs with roles in films like "Seeta Aur Geeta", "Sholay", "Dream Girl" and "Satte Pe Satta". The gorgeous Deepika Padukone launched the book that is titled Hema Malini: Beyond The Dream Girl, which is an eye into the illustrious personal and professional life of B-town ultimate Dream Girl. Hema is Dharmendra's second wife and they have two lovely daughters - Esha and Ahana Deol. Both her daughters Esha and Ahana; Ramesh Sippy, Juhi Chawla and director Subhash Ghai were also present at the book launching event. Acting in the magnum opus "Padmavati" has transformed her creative mind.

Hema's husband Dharmendra recited poetry for her on a video message. The very conservative Indian way of looking at it is that you need to have something to fall back on.

"When I said there's no harm in trying, she said, "You try and do whatever you want to do". Her bold dialogues exemplify her character in the film.
